Hello! I’m Allie

I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (HdipCBH) and Wellbeing Specialist with over 17 years’ experience in production and project management within design, media and creative agencies, supporting individuals and teams to achieve their goals, meet deadlines and enhance performance and wellbeing.

I am fully insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and UK registered as a member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH).

Alongside my hypnotherapy practice, I have a background in holistic massage therapy which gives me a deep understanding of how the body stores tension and emotional strain. This integration of body-based awareness with cognitive and therapeutic techniques allows me to offer a deeply supportive and personalised approach with clients. I am also a Rapid Tapping ® Pro Practitioner.

I combine evidence based techniques - including CBT, hypnosis, mindfulness, relaxation, visualisation and Rapid Tapping®. With these tools I can support and help you emotionally release and build long-term resilience. My approach is warm, open, inclusive and solution-focused. Helping you find direction, more confidence and become more connected to yourself and the life you want to live.
